This is a business to business event and we ask that you be either a business owner or business representative to attend.  Bay Area, Midland Area, and Saginaw County Chamber of Commerce members will be mailed complimentary tickets in April, and there will also be complimentary tickets available at Chamber events and their offices.  And of course, you can use your business card for admittance.

Not a Chamber Member?  We invite all businesses to attend and support our regional businesses.  While you are there, you can stop by the Expo Information Booth and talk to a Chamber Representative about membership benefits, and each Chamber will have their young professional networking group participating in the show as an exhibitor.

To discourage "trick or treating", which is not the purpose of our Expo, you will not be allowed to bring backpacks, carriers on wheels, etc. into the Expo.  Our Bag Sponsor, Health Alliance Plan, will be passing out complimentary bags at the entrance to carry any information etc. you may receive from our Exhibitors.  Some Exhibitors, may, at their discretion, provide visitors that stop at their booth and have a real interest in their products or services, a complimentary trinket as a thank you.  Our exhibitors reserve the right to limit quantities and control the hand-out of any trinkets, gifts, etc. 

If all of your employees do not have business cards, you are welcome to contact us for tickets.  Please include: your name, business name, address and number of tickets. 

Requests that appear to be from non-businesses will be invoiced for $5 a ticket, which must be paid before tickets are mailed.
